WIA, Water Innovation Accelerator has evolved to Water Innovation Advisors due to the increasing request for our advising Corporations, Financial Institutions and Investors, Cities and Governments, and Sovereign Wealth Funds on their water strategies and investments. As we all know, water is the essential element for all living beings on Earth, and a future $3 trillion-dollar industry in the ESG, Impact, and Climate Change sectors. To accelerate our future water solutions, WIA is launching a $100MM Fund focused on investing in the best-in-class Water Innovations. We have made three investments to date that will become our future water industry leaders.

WIA has built a one of a kind community, the WELL, a robust community platform we launched two years ago with over 250 leading water advisors and advocates. We would like to activate our community of advisors, water enthusiasts, and water industry leaders to materialize the deep knowledge of our ecosystem. We seek your financial support through DAF funding.

Mission Blue inspires action to explore and protect the ocean. Led by legendary oceanographer Dr. Sylvia Earle, Mission Blue is uniting a global coalition to inspire an upwelling of public awareness, access, and support for a worldwide network of marine protected areas – Hope Spots.

WE aim to create a global community that bolsters existing solutions to water issues, promotes equal access to environmental resources across gender, race, culture, and location, and sparks the future generation to solve our globe’s most pressing environmental challenges using innovation.

What is a daf fund?

A DONOR-ADVISED FUND, or DAF, allows you to make a charitable contribution, receive an immediate tax deduction and then recommend grants from the fund over time.

How it works:

You make an irrevocable contribution of personal assets, including cash, stock, real estate and more.
You immediately receive the maximum tax deduction that the IRS allows.
You name your donor-advised fund account, advisors, and any successors or charitable beneficiaries.
Your contribution is placed into a donor-advised fund account where it can be invested and grow tax-free.
At any time afterward, you can recommend grants from your account to qualified charities.
