Ben is an executive coach specializing in working with executives on changing limiting beliefs to unlock their potential. He takes a full-spectrum approach to performance development - dialing everything from leadership, to meditation, and exercise. Ben brings over a decade of leadership experience to his work. In 2014 Ben Tauber founded Velocity Group, a preeminent executive coaching firm in SF and NYC focused on bringing top tier coaches to startups and Fortune 500s. Previously he was CEO of Esalen, the premiere research and retreat center dedicated to the exploration of human potential. Previously he was co-founder/COO of Scoopler (acquired by Google). Prior to that he was Product Manager and Engineering Lead at Adobe. Ben holds a computer science degree from UC San Diego.
