Javier is a business manager at Siemens overseeing a portfolio of enterprise simulation software as part of the $3.5B Digital Industries Software division. He works with Fortune 500 clients and startups to improve their engineering and innovation processes leveraging digital twin technologies including computational fluid dynamics, design space exploration and data analytics. Previously, Javier was a Captain in the United States Army where he was the Director of Operations for a 450-person organization partnered with the government of Iraq to rebuild their infrastructure as well as the recipient of 2 Bronze Star Medals. Javier is a graduate of the US Army Ranger School and holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
