“By working with the farm and the Food Justice Alliance on campus, I advocate for water equity by promoting sustainable irrigation methods like drip systems and rain water collection. Additionally, food and water are innately connected. By advocating for plant based diets and succeeding in incorporating more plant based meals in the dining halls, I am fighting for a more sustainable and equitable distribution of water.”
